Tour Odeon, is the first high-rise building to be constructed in Monaco since the 1980s. Currently being developed by Groupe Marzocco, the building once completed in April 2015, will be one of the tallest properties in Monaco, and one of the largest in Europe.

The tower will hold 70 apartments, two duplexes, and an exclusive 5-storey penthouse over a total of 49 floors. Alexandre Giraldi, who also recently collaborated with a team of architects to design Monaco’s new Yacht Club de Monaco, designed the modern and sleek Tour Odeon. One of the tower’s most exclusive features is that the apartments are fitted with windows the whole way around the building to provide a 360 view of Monaco.

To creatively contrast its modernised exterior, Alberto Pinto decorates the interior of the tower in a belle époque style. All the furnishings are made with the finest materials and fabrics, to ensure that the residents enjoy a luxurious lifestyle. Private spa suites are also available, complete with a hammam, sauna and a Russian bath. A selection of pools will also be accessible for residents as well an entertainment centre and a cinema.

The penthouse, which covers a total of 3,300 square metres, is going to become the world’s most expensive penthouse yet. The penthouse will be equipped with the most advanced appliances, including a rooftop pool accessible by a large slide. The Tour Odeon’s penthouse has just been sold for over 300 million euros, making it a hefty 91,000 euros per square metre.
